RESPONSIBILITIES
Thepurpose of the role is to
  • Maximizenew business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepeningexisting customer relationships to the specified service standardsfor the Priority Clientssegment

Implementation and oversightof the below individual responsibilities:
  • To conduct a professional, consultative financialanalysis and profiling session with customers to meet theirfinancial needs/objectives.
  • To foster anddeepen customer relationships by providing regular marketinformation updates and trend analysis on local and internationalfinancial products.
  • In consultation with thePB team manager/ branch manager/ PTL, draw up monthly plans forachieving/exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customeracquisition goals
  • To participate in marketingand promotional activities for customer acquisition.
  • To source and call on individual prospects
  • To provide quality, efficient after-salesservices
  • To manage anti-attrition andretention of clients
  • To organise and conductsales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies andother organisations.
  • To solicit referrals fromother parts of SCB eg. RMs from C&I, staff,etc.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Valuesand Code of Conduct.
  • Take personalresponsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics,including regulatory and business conduct, across StandardChartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliancewith, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations,guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Leadto achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's ConductPrinciples
  • Effectively and collaborativelyidentify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct andcompliance matters

  • 3+years of Client Acquisition Experience
  • AccountManagement (of HNW Individuals) Experience
  • Shows resilience in the face of pressure andobstacles
  • Builds rapport with others andrelates in calm engaging way
  • Shows commercialacumen and has a good understanding of business. Pursesself-development and progressionobstacles

  • Technical knowledge and expertisein consumer banking products (i.e. Treasury, Equities, Funds,Insurance, etc.)
