We are looking for QA Tester/Test Lead to join one of the government agency in Singapore!

• Basic up to $7,600
• Working location: Pasir Panjang
• Exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals to deliver high quality applications

Responsibilities:

• Establish quality assurance deliverables for stories in upcoming iterations/sprints, for functional and non-functional test areas
• Responsible for test strategy/plan, traceability matrix, test suite (test cases & scripts, test data) and test results analysis and reporting
• Work closely with development team to identify estimation of testing scope and timelines
• Confirm the validation and acceptance criteria with Business Analyst Team
• Responsible for creation, maintenance and conditioning of test data.
• Be an advocate for the role of testing within the SDLC and DevSecOps, be a champion for Quality
• Provide and maintain test documents which include test plan, test scripts (manual and/or automation), test summary report, defect logging and defect pattern analysis
• Managing the test team – assign tasks, set priorities and monitor progress of the test team. Provide guidance, support and training to team members as required

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• At least 4-8 years of working experience in Software Manual Testing (Web Application)
• Experience in Agile development and testing methodologies
• Possess testing certifications will be an advantage (eg. CSTP, CTAL)
• Organised and meticulous in planning, managing and executing testing activities
