Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to provide legal expertise and guidance for our cryptocurrency exchange. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal compliance, regulatory affairs, and contract negotiation, particularly within the Web3 or blockchain industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and other applicable laws in Singapore.
• Advise on data privacy, AML/KYC policies, and intellectual property rights.
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments in the blockchain and Web3 industries.
• Support risk management initiatives and dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; admission to the Singapore Bar is a bonus.
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably in the Web3/blockchain/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and international compliance frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
