JobDescriptions:

PrepareArchi /Structrual/M&E drawing and as-built drawings
Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition,and method statement
To coordinate withconsultants, project team, and sub-contractors on issuing ofdrawings Coordination & understanding in design andconstruction of a project
Prepare Drawingsusing AutoCAD
Assist Project Engineers andProject Managers at all levels
Remainconstantly updated with the drafting technology to maintaintechnical competency
Explain drawings toProject teams and provide adjustments when is needed
Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation ofArchi drawings (Autocad /Revit)

JobRequirements:

Minimum5 years of working experience as a Drafter in Construction Industry(Equipped with the local construction industry will be an addedadvantage)
At least 3 Years of workingexperience in the related field AutoCAD and basic MS Office,Outlook, Word, and Excel skills Competency in BIM/RevitPreferred.
Proficient in Revit (Architecture,MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.
Able towork independently with minimum supervision.
Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably withexcellent attention to detail.
Able to commit5.5 days work week
