Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide admin, front line customer service and logistic support to the Crematorium department’s daily operation
• Improve and maintain document management system to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Ensure proper data management in accordance with PDPA guidelines
• Support the department’s digitalization project(s) and other ad-hoc assignment(s)
• Assist in leading the work improvement team for better work efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with cleaners to ensure the cleanliness of the work environment
• Comply with Workplace Safety and Health guidelines
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Specifications

• Possess GCE A-level / Diploma with 2 years of related work experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking customers
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Willing to work in after-death care service environment
