JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in sports, leisure, or hospitality sectors
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and design tools. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential
• Creative thinker, results-driven, and a collaborative team player with a genuine enthusiasm for golf and leisure activities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the creation and execution of engaging social media and advertising campaigns that enhance our brand and attract a diverse audience
• Host exciting events and promotions that enrich customer experiences and boost community engagement
• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms that reflects our brand and connects with our audience
• Work alongside our management team to design eye-catching marketing materials, from brochures to digital content, that showcase our offerings
• Analyze marketing metrics and customer insights to gauge campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
• Foster collaborative relationships with local businesses and organizations to expand our outreach and strengthen our presence within the community
• Stay ahead of trends and competitor activities to identify fresh opportunities for growth and innovation
