Roles & Responsibilities

Scope of work

· Provide administrative support to Client for PO preparation and general e-filing.

· Perform verification on external vendor’s deliverables and KPIs.

· Assist Project Manager in updating the internal project tracking dashboard for Change Requests and monitoring the project’s operational issues.

· Explore use of productivity tools in tracking project matters and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support Client in managing the day-to-day operations of project and department matters, including urgent and critical issues, and propose responses and briefing slides for submission to various fora.

· Support Client in ad-hoc exercises, such as: Budget Prioritization, Annual OSIT system declaration, Risk and Internal Control Evaluation (RICE) assessments, drafting approval papers for major project implementations, preparing the department workplan, etc.

· Any other tasks as assigned by the Client.

Education Qualification

At least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.

Required Working Experience

At least 1 year of working experience in information technology.

· Good knowledge of information technology.

· Good planning and coordination skills.

· Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Good team player, responsible and conscientious.

· Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.

· Proficiency in Office productivities suites such as Microsoft Office.

· Competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions
