Executive Search: Our client is a MNC that perform a specialist role in their industries supply chain and manufacturing. Their products are widely used and make a great impact globally.

We are helping to build and expand their SAP team with several new roles including SAP FICO Architect to work globally with their internal team and also existing vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of financial software applications and solutions.
• Drive the strategic planning and optimization of financial system ensuring seamless integration with our organization's technology infrastructure
• Lead the development of application architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with external and internal customers
• Fully responsible to balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organization
• Support the establishment of policy and strategy for the selection of systems architecture components, and co-ordinates design activities, promoting the discipline to ensure consistency.
• Ensure that appropriate standards (corporate, industry, national and international) are adhered to
• Contribute to the creation and review of a systems capability strategy for responsible area to meet the strategic requirements of the business
• Develop models and plans to drive forward the strategy and take opportunities to improve business performance
• Take responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, data management, practices, procedures, organization and equipment
• Provide leadership and guidelines for responsible area to promote the development and exploitation of IT technologies for next generation practices in the complex capital equipment manufacturing business
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, Digital and Data architect, Infrastructure architect and IT Security architect to identify synergies and dependencies in IT roadmap to avoid unnecessary reworks
• Drive the development and recruitment of application architecture and solution design competency and capability set that meets the company needs
• Analyse business processes; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches, typically seeking to exploit technology components.
• Evaluate the financial, cultural, technological, organizational and environmental factors which must be addressed in the change programme
• Establish client requirements for the implementation of significant changes in organizational mission, business functions and process, organizational roles and responsibilities, and scope or nature of service delivery

The profile we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of relevant IT experience including experience in leading fully cycle project roll-out
• Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset, capable of identifying and resolving complex technical challenges
• Experience in S/4HANA implementation project end-to-end would be a bonus
• Experience in leading SAP blueprinting efforts for sizable projects that involves complex capital equipment manufacturing business contexts especially in product configuration, engineering, and manufacturing, etc.
