Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand the legacy system from design and implementation perspective
• Anlyse the changes and enhancements
• Do thorough impact anlaysis and come up with the changes to be done
• Get the approval from Change Control Board for the proposed changesCode review and fix the code review comments shared by the reviewers
• Unit Testing and fix the unit test findings
• Build and deploy the code in ST, SIT and UAT environments
• Fix all the defects and incidents that are injected by the changes and share RCA for major incidents
• Maintain Known Error Datbase
• While working on shifts do the propoer HOTO (Hand Over and Take Over)
• Work on day to day production support and maintenance activities
• Attend to all alert and user queries, provide support and functional consultancy for the usage of all the systems
• On call service desk assistance as necessary to speed up the incident fix and work aorund solutions
• Develop the digital monitoring systen to Pro-actively identify problemsbe before it raised by users
• Day to day incident management activities

Skills Required

• Experience in Fullstack Sharepoint development, and Sharepoint admin
• Well versed in MS Dynamics (CRM), Power Builder, Power Automate
• Good expereince in MS VisualStudio

Skills that are good to have

• Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and above, TFS, Webservices standard such as XML, SOAP and REST API, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and above, OutSystems 11, Sitecore
