Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Key member of our Engineering Department.
• Part of a team that provides technical support for our company's range of cybersecurity related products and services.
• Include, but not limited to, solution design, architecting, configuration, demonstration, implementation, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for the successful completion of projects and technical escalations to solve our customer’s cybersecurity problems.

Requirements:

• Preferably have 2 or more years of relevant working experience in network, server and desktop technologies.
• Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in IT and cybersecurity related fields.
• Strong systems engineering approach to problem solving.
• Good communication skills, able to probe, clarify and explain technical solutions clearly and concisely to customers and partners to quickly resolve technical problems.
• Keen learner, curious and adventurous, and able to think outside the box to craft innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
• Candidates trained in supporting cybersecurity products and technologies will be preferred, eg Symantec, McAfee, Trend Micro, Sophos, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
