Job Description

As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend systems of our web, mobile and server applications. This includes the server-side development, client integration, database integration, and API development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the backend system for our web and mobile applications.
• Maintain, expand, and scale existing backend system i.e.. add new features, fix issues, improve code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other engineers to build scalable, reliable, and efficient backend systems.
• Integrate backend application with databases, data processing, and caching frameworks.
• Develop and maintain RESTful & GraphQL APIs for client-server communication.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong knowledge of C# backend programming language.
• Experience with database systems, such as PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of open-source web frameworks, such as ASP.NET Core.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
