About Resorts Word Sentosa

Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), Asia’s premium lifestyle destination resort, is located on Singapore’s resort island of Sentosa. Spanning 49 hectares, RWS is home to world-class attractions including Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium, Dolphin Island and Adventure Cove Waterpark. The integrated resort also offers world-class entertainment, from original resident productions to concerts. RWS has been named “Best Integrated Resort” since 2011 for nine consecutive years at the TTG Travel Awards which recognises the best of Asia-Pacific’s travel industry.

This is a permanent full-time position based in our office at Resorts World at Sentosa.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance and execution of different expertise and disciplines within Universal Studios Singapore and Adventure Cove Waterpark.
• Leverage on innovation and strategic planning to drive business goals, revenue and profits.
• Ideate plans for creating business opportunities, improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs and driving efficiency.
• Enforce adherence to legal requirements and in-house policies and procedures.
• Engage key stakeholders and build relationships to represent RWS’ interest.

Requirements:

• Degree in hospitality management, business or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in managing diverse and large-scale organisations, with 13 years at management level.
• Proven experience in leading business and operational processes, including P&L, budgeting, financial analysis, and operations/strategic planning.
• Good track record of managing theme parks, entertainment centers, hotels or resorts would be an added advantage.
• Business-oriented and creative mindset, with the ability to balance commercial and operational requirements in decision making.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills, and ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with a wide range of diverse personnel.
• Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet dynamic demands.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work through issues and provide solutions in a challenging and fast paced environment.
