Roles & Responsibilities

This role requires you to have experience and deep technical knowledge in Chemical Feed & Water Treatment dosing pumps and Disinfection Systems in key Industries and Applications.

It is required of you to set up and establish a service team and project proposal team to serve our customer needs which generally includes:

1. Repair and troubleshooting of our equipment in our service facility.

2. On-site diagnosis and assessment of our equipment and systems at site when they are down.

3. On-site installation and commissioning.

4. On-site repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To set up the team and put in place necessary roles to provide the require services to our customers.
2. To set up an infrastructure to schedule service jobs received and allocation of manpower within our service facility and on customer’s site.
3. To provide training and imparting of skillsets to ensure that our manpower is capable to perform the required repair, diagnosis and assessment.
4. To train and set up processes and guidelines for the project proposal team
5. To provide training and imparting of skillsets to ensure that our proposal team will be able to properly prepare project proposals.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Chemical Feed & Water Treatment dosing pumps and Disinfection Systems industry.
3. Good command of English to communicate with colleagues and customers.
4. Strong technical background on M&E testing, commissioning, and trouble-shooting skills.
5. Possess highly organisation and leadership skills.
6. Comfortable with site works.
7. Proficient in MS Office (including MS Project), and AutoCAD 2D/3D.
8. Good people’s skills and able to communicate well with stakeholders and colleagues in Singapore, Germany and Asia.
9. Resourceful and strong problem-solving skills.
