Roles & Responsibilities

Server Administration, including scheduled server data backup
Provide technical support solutions to users in the organization
Performing first level troubleshooting
Basic website design and maintenance
Brochure/Banner design
Marketing strategy
Manage vendors

Requirements:

Experience in Server administration, basic knowledge handling Business Premium Microsoft 365
Able to edit basic HTML and c# code
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows)
Knowledge of basic setup and configuration of devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points

Advantages to have:

Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals is a plus
Knowledge in MS Dynamic CRM
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Mobile development
