Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for L1 and L2 Helpdesk Specialist in attending to basic customer enquiries on software/applications.

• Salary up to $4,500 with AWS
• Normal working hours (Mon to Fri, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Fun and conducive environment

Responsibilities:

1. Provide L1 or L2 support by helping to resolve basic customer enquiries
2. Collecting general information about customer case and escalate to L3 support
3. Collate repeating cases for analysis and tracking
4. Maintain and update knowledge base of customer queries and solutions
5. Perform simple manual testing on software portal

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any Information Technology related
• Minimum 2 years of working experience on ticketing systems using JIRA/Zendesk
• Knowledge on Appian, Ruby on Rails or ReactJS is an added advantage
• Familiar with ITSM (IT Service Management)
• Providing quality customer service
