Roles & Responsibilities

Min 5 -12 yrs with Good Communication
Proven experience as a Tech Lead with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, and AWS with exposure to React JS
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with state management libraries/tools for React (e.g., Redux) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Solid understanding of RESTful architecture and API design principles.
Expertise in Java programming and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases and database design concepts.
Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
Previous experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus
