Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description


Payroll

  • Collating payroll information for the company including new hires, leavers, salary updates, bonus and commission payouts, statutory contributions, taxes, and working with payroll outsource vendors for timely and accurate processing within the payroll calendar.
  • Manage all payroll queries, any ad-hoc payroll activities.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure that all payroll related matters are prepared timely and accurate for internal and external reporting.
  • Preparing payroll reports to complete month-end, quarterly, and annual processes and reporting.
  • Handle employee income tax clearance and the yearly income tax filing exercise.
  • Work with Finance team on all the statutory reporting.
  • Point of contact with external auditors for all payroll audits.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Responsible for Government / MOM related surveys
  • Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters
  • Create, update and maintain employees’ personal data and records
  • Process HR related invoices pertaining to short term temps, new born baby hamper, wreath etc
  • Liaising with insurers with regards to enrolment and termination of members
  • Administer the eleave system
  • Provide Finance with temp and recruitment cost accruals on monthly basis
  • Manage the HR SG mailbox
  • Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR / Business or other related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in Payroll, Benefits and HR Operations
  • Good knowledge on employment legislations
  • Excellent working attitude and strong learning ability and adaptability
  • Proactive, detail minded, able to work independently and manage confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill
  • Good knowledge of all MS Office applications especially Excel
