JobResponsibilities:

• Implementcomprehensive marketing strategies that align with objectives andtargets of the organization. This encompasses digital marketingtactics such as SEO, SEM, email marketing and social mediacampaigns.
• Collaborate closely with internalstakeholders (operations & sales, product development) toensure the harmonization of marketing initiatives with businessobjectives. 
• Manage and elevate brandidentities through uniform message, design aesthetics and brandrepresentation across all touchpoints - online and offlinemarketing
• Innovate and execute fully integratedmarketing campaigns in various platforms - digital, social media,email and traditional media channels
• Identifyand oversee brand activations and externalcollaborations 
• Spearhead PR efforts -internally or collaborate with appointed agency. This includedrafting press releases, oversee media drops, manage mediacommunications and work with media professionals andKOLs. 
• Effectively manage marketing budgetto optimize ROI and meet businesstargets
• Oversee end-to-end process of new menudevelopment and/or menu revamps such as initial research,development and organizing food tastings, collaboration withGeneral Manager/Chef and official menulaunch
• Actively participate in weeklyoperations meetings - to provide updates on marketing initiatives,new menu launches and feedback on promotionalactivities.
• Monitor, analyse and reporting ofmarketing campaign performance
• Oversee andapprove top-quality marketing content, copywriting, visual assetsand multimedia materials
• Stay updated ofindustry trends, customer insights and competitive landscapeanalysis to identify opportunities and potentialchallenges.
• Ensure that all customer feedbackare received through online channels and email are promptlyacknowledge by the team. 
• Provide monthlyreports summarizing customer feedback to managementteam
• Manage, supervise and mentor MarketingExecutives in the team
• Assume responsibilityfor the performance of each team members such as setting yearlyKPIs, deliver constructive feedback, suggesting training anddevelopmentopportunities

JobRequirements:

• Minimumbachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or anyequivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketingexperience, with a preference involvement in F&B or hospitalitysectors.
• Exhibit leadership qualities, a keenattention to detail, analytical proficiency and project managementskills. 
• Able to multi-task within a timeframe and meet deadlines
• Take full ownership ofassigned projects
• Showcase the capacity toidentify opportunities and act upon themindependently. 
• Problem solver with highlycreative mindset - consistently generating innovative ideasleverage emerging communication and onlineplatforms. 
• Result-driven individual andable to work effectively as part of a cohesiveteam.
• Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic workenvironment.
• Possess excellent oral and writtencommunication skills, high level of fluency inEnglish.
