Job Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with objectives and targets of the organization. This encompasses digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations & sales, product development) to ensure the harmonization of marketing initiatives with business objectives. 
• Manage and elevate brand identities through uniform message, design aesthetics and brand representation across all touchpoints - online and offline marketing
• Innovate and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns in various platforms - digital, social media, email and traditional media channels
• Identify and oversee brand activations and external collaborations 
• Spearhead PR efforts - internally or collaborate with appointed agency. This include drafting press releases, oversee media drops, manage media communications and work with media professionals and KOLs. 
• Effectively manage marketing budget to optimize ROI and meet business targets
• Oversee end-to-end process of new menu development and/or menu revamps such as initial research, development and organizing food tastings, collaboration with General Manager/Chef and official menu launch
• Actively participate in weekly operations meetings - to provide updates on marketing initiatives, new menu launches and feedback on promotional activities.
• Monitor, analyse and reporting of marketing campaign performance
• Oversee and approve top-quality marketing content, copywriting, visual assets and multimedia materials
• Stay updated of industry trends, customer insights and competitive landscape analysis to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
• Ensure that all customer feedback are received through online channels and email are promptly acknowledge by the team. 
• Provide monthly reports summarizing customer feedback to management team
• Manage, supervise and mentor Marketing Executives in the team
• Assume responsibility for the performance of each team members such as setting yearly KPIs, deliver constructive feedback, suggesting training and development opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a preference involvement in F&B or hospitality sectors.
• Exhibit leadership qualities, a keen attention to detail, analytical proficiency and project management skills. 
• Able to multi-task within a time frame and meet deadlines
• Take full ownership of assigned projects
• Showcase the capacity to identify opportunities and act upon them independently. 
• Problem solver with highly creative mindset - consistently generating innovative ideas leverage emerging communication and online platforms. 
• Result-driven individual and able to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
• Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, high level of fluency in English.
