Responsibilities:

• Perform IQC, IPQC and OQC as necessary, and supplier’s sample inspections.
• Create incoming inspection plan and setup inspection programme for new parts.
• Prepare outgoing documents such as Certificate of Conformance and inspection report for customer.
• Generate nonconformance and inspection report to suppliers for rejection resolution.
• Perform verification on inventory and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage equipment calibration programme.
• Assist in customer and certification audits. Maintenance of relevant quality procedures and records.
• Track and generate KPI analysis data for review and presentation.
• Drive internal process compliance and improvements, including Kaizen projects.
• Work with EHS committee to ensure EHS objectives are met.
• To perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Quality

Requirements:

• Minimum: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• At least 1-year relevant work experience.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel and Word
• Relevant certifications in ISO 9001, 14001, Lean management or Kaizen would be a strong advantage. Certified internal auditor preferred.
• Good command of Mandarin and English in both writing, reading and oral. May need to liaise with factories from Mandarin speaking countries.

Information:

• Salary: Up to $3K
• Location: Genting Lane (Nearest MRT Mattar)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
