Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

· Develop financial models, feasibility studies, valuation analysis, scenario analysis to support decision making

· Assist with transactional activities such as deal due diligence, negotiations on key terms and structuring, etc.

· Assist with the preparation of recommendation proposals, studies, and presentations for senior management.

· Assist with managing strategic initiatives throughout the entire project cycle

· Liaise with and manage relationships with relevant internal stakeholders as well as external advisers such as financial advisers, tax advisers, real estate consultancy firms, law firms, brokers, etc.

· Assist with any other ad-hoc duties in coordinating the Corporate Development department

Key Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Finance, Real Estate or other relevant disciplines

· Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within hospitality/real estate companies, consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory
