Job Duties

• The Infrastructure Project Manager shall possess the following knowledge and experience:
• Specialised Technical
• Manage the infrastructure services that enable the application systems environment in patch management, asset management, etc. for Systems
• Support in application architecture design, integration and acceptance, and infrastructure performance testing
• Perform on-boarding processes (design,setup, configuration, implementation,testing and commissioning of infrastructure components)
• Develop Infrastructure and Systems standard operating procedures (SOPs),Technical Architecture, Hardening Standards for OS, database, user guides,etc
• Support Incident and ProblemManagement on areas not covered in standard operating procedures
• Experienced in system architecture,resource planning, infrastructure performance and system hosting environment from server hardware till OS layer (including Virtualisation technology and Storage) in support of new applications
• Strong understanding of systems operations environment to ensure smooth and sustainable operations, including resiliency requirements
• Coordinate supporting documents and assist in invoice/payment processing,budget forecast and expenditure
• Experienced in Project Scheduling and Problem Resolution Management
• Experienced in tracking cases and following up on problem resolution
• Experienced in .Net or J2EE, Sun Solaris10, Oracle Database, SQL Database, IIS, and WebLogic

Skills & Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science,Computer or Information Technology orrelated disciplines
• Minimum FIVE (5) to SEVEN (7) years of experience in Data Centre and Servers& Infrastructure, Vendor Management,Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, testing experience, Problem / Incident Management, Procurement of IT services, Good analytical, communications and writing skills, able to front users and articulate requirements.
• Experienced in Azure Cloud environment
• Preferably have worked on Singapore Government IT projects
• Experienced in .Net or J2EE, Sun Solaris10, Oracle Database, SQL Database, IIS,and WebLogic
• Team player with strong organisation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
• Certified in ITILv3, and preferably a certification in project management
