Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provides enterprise level end user computing services include video conference and MS Teams services
• Manages and handle EUC Automation tools
• Works with team and outsourced service providers to enhance end user service delivery
• Ensures services delivery of 3rd party vendors in line with SLA
• Provides L1/L2 support for systems user administration
• Conducts and manages privilege access management
• Conducts and manages internet proxy and to work with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issue

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, desktop productivity software, audio video conference system
• knowledge or experience with ITIL
• Good teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication with business users and vendors
• Ability to work under business focused and fast-moving environment
• Always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
