TheSalesforce Administrator will work closely with the users, the ITApplication Team Lead to maintain, implement application relatedprojects, and enhance the existing applications support. Thisincludes every aspect of the IT applications, administration,configuration, security and resolve issues or bugs. The positionshall provide support for the company’s users. The position offersgreat opportunity for learning and contribution to the ITapplications, IT project management, vendor management, applicationcompliance, perform application risks assessment and mitigateapplication related risks.

Responsibilities:

IT Application supportwith focus on CRM using Salesforce Lighting version.
Perform new user setup and training for Applications.
Train end users, prepare related documentation (requirements,training materials, processes, and data flows, use cases,functional design), participate in cross-functional teamsdiscussions to confirm the requirements.
Ensure thatbest practices and implementation methodology are adhered ingathering requirements, testing to delivery for the enhancements orcustomization.
Manage enhancement and support requests,follow up and resolve issues and the administrative needs of users,this includes creating new users, assigning profiles, roles,security settings.
Configuring of rules and workflows,triggers, bug fix, Apex coding where applicable.
Workwith team members and service providers for enhancement whereapplicable.
Maintain and administer the application toensure proper controls and permissions are in place.
Ensure security and data access limits are maintained andwell-designed.
Create, maintain, and document settings,configuration, including validation rules, approval processes,workflow rules, page layouts, data fields, sharing rules, visualflow, list views, email templates, and rules.
Maintainstandardization across the countries and identify ways tocontinuously improve processes and procedures.
Developimplementation plans and schedules for projects or enhancement.
Collaborate with users, functional and technical teamto design and implement solutions.
Monitor and managetickets to provide prompt support to the users to resolve issues.
Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies,issues, and opportunities related to Applications.
Support the regional deployment of Applications.
Design, develop and maintain a variety of business reports anddashboards.
Stay current with the periodic applicationreleases, advise IT and business on identifying and leveragingapplicable enhancements and features.
Liaise within ITdepartment, engage Business Team and stakeholders for Applicationrelated enhancements, integration, and IT operational support.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyzerequirements and map them to solutions that leveragefunctionalities available in the applications.

Requirements

A bachelor'sdegree in business, computer science, or a related field wouldprovide a solid foundation for understanding the business andtechnical aspects of Salesforce.
Proficiency in usingSalesforce, including data entry, customization, and reporting.
Possess relevant certifications such as SalesforceCertified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Analytics CloudConsultant can demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in usingSalesforce.
Possessing other IT related certificationshas an added advantage.
Proven experience in managingand enhancing capabilities and functionalities of the Salesforceplatform.
Familiarity with CRM concepts and salesprocesses.
Strong analytical skills to understand andinterpret data and identify trends and insights.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel,SQL, or data visualization tools like Tableau.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights andrecommendations to stakeholders.
Practical knowledgenavigating in ERP and integrations.
Attention to detailand accuracy in managing data and generating reports.
Problem-solving skills to identify issues and find solutions withinSalesforce.
Ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams and understand their needs for dataanalysis.
Adaptability and willingness to learn andadapt to new features and updates in Salesforce.
Timemanagement skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
