Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse the flow trends and demand sentiment of different oil products (Mid to Heavy Distillates)
• Build and maintain regional supply and demand models for refined oil products by collate market information and analyse the short-term supply/demand balance trends in support of the product trading desks.
• Track refined oil product vessels, cargos and storage levels
• Organize to build global refineries monitors on monthly base.
• Work together with the shipping team to provide analytical freight analysis and risk management team to secure sign-off of valuation models and methodologies.
• Evaluate arbitrage economics of different oil products, and propose trading strategies for the trading desks and implementation of trading strategies by providing quantitative inputs.
• Monitor latest development in valuation theories and methodologies and introduce relevant applications to the trading teams to help ensure value creation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Economics or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in market analysis and supply & demand models
• Understand about oil trading markets in Asian
• Possess strength analytical and quantitative skills
• Dynamic, hardworking, meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
