Overview of the Role:
 

As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our establishment, interacting with customers and ensuring their dining experience is top-notch. Your warm demeanor, efficiency, and dedication will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our outlet.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Providing a warm and friendly greeting to customers, taking their orders, and serving food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude. 
• Providing genuine recommendations to guests based on your knowledge of our food and beverage.
• Efficiently entering orders into a point-of-sale system and accepting payments using a credit card reader or cash register. You will be responsible for calculating change accurately and swiftly.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare various food items. You will follow cooking instructions, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain sanitary standards.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant on a daily basis. This includes clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
• Maintaining effective communication with team members and management. 
• Handling guests' concerns and complaints in a professional and composed manner, resolving problems in accordance with outlet policies.
• Upholding a neat and presentable appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the designated corporate dress code.
• Assisting fellow servers as needed during various situations.
• Expressing gratitude to each guest for their visit and inviting them to return.
• Completing any other task assigned to you .

The right candidate(s) will receive on-the-job training. Our preferred candidate should have the following qualifications:

• A positive attitude, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Previous experience in the food-service industry is preferred.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for supervisory or management positions.

 

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the primary language(s) spoken by our guests.
• Previous experience working in the food-service industry preferred
• Fluent in English.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
