Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions

Supporting finance team to maintain accuracy and timliness on full set of accounts
Supporting finance related adminstrative work, eg. Invoices and update receipts
Responsible for double entreis and helping on the treasury dities
Bank reconciliaiton, and maintain daily cash book timely
To handle monthly accounts transaction checking to solve discrepancy
Monitor and follow up payment with customers. Highlight if any potential bad debts
Responsible for the AR and AP function, payment, reconciliation and aging reporting
Ensure proper and systematic filing anre done in a timely and accurate maner
All other adduties as assigned

Requirements

- Diploma or above

- Full set account experience will be advantageous

- Responsible and responsive – must have a great sense of responsibility towards work and be quick in responding to work queries and requests from supervisor
