Operations Executive - support urgent events, roadshows or deployments

Working Days: Mon to Fri, 10AM to 7PM

Salary: $2200 - $2450

Work Location : Ubi Techpark

Overview

• To coordinate closely with stakeholders, clients & team members to support client’s IT VM requirements

Responsibilities

• Support in the rectification & deployment of high value display products
• Ensure and support in the deployment of marketing collaterals in stores when required
• Assist and act on any issues pertaining to store displays and POSM placement
• Manage marketing & visual merchandising inventory
• Draft & submit monthly billing invoices with supporting documents to Account Manager for approval
• Ad hoc Tasks as required: Event & Roadshow support, distribution of premiums to retailers
• Work closely with the team and facilitate the completion of projects & drive towards organization’s goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Class 3 Driving License advantageous but not crucial
• Work experience in visual merchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial
• 5 Day Work Week (10am – 7pm). May be required to work paid OT beyond stipulated working hours to support urgent events, roadshows or deployments
