• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Nursing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English & Chinese (to assist Chinese speaking patients on scheduling of appointments and patient registration using clinic software)
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must be able to perform the following duties:

• Register patient using clinic software
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Handle phone, email & message enquiries
• Dispense medications
• Check and replenish stock when needed
• Handle payments via cash, credit card or NETS
• Assist doctor in clinic (including clinic procedures) and in his administrative work
• Handle and wash ENT equipments and scopes with care
• Process insurance and medisave claims
• Handle other tasks as directed by Clinic Manger or Doctor

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, responsive, hardworking and a team player
• Customer service oriented
• Proficient in microsoft office and google drive

Salary 2.2k-3k ( Salary offered depends on past working experiences, skills and qualifications)
