Work Location: Mapletree Business City

11 Months contract

Monthly salary: up to $4200 per month

Job Scope:

• Review, revise, plan and organise the Tech Awards to recognise deserving companies.
• Support the team to project manage the new phase of Tech Awards, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and processes and documentation is kept
• Support the team in drafting updates to management as well as providing inputs to media materials such as press releases, announcements, and promotional material/videos.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders in planning and executing outreach activities. These activities can include coordinating the organising of meetings/ seminars/webinars with partners, designing marketing collaterals and supporting the implementation of communication and marketing plans.
• Help to document measurement indicators, event feedback/photos, and other administrative details into sharepoint and extract data when required
• Undertake vendor management activities such as sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, negotiating, managing relationships and ensuring quality of work.
• Assist in meeting scheduling, room bookings and other operational and logistical arrangements

Requirements:

• Degree Qualification
• At least 3 years working experience, preferably with experience in a Programme Management, Programme Execution and/or vendor management role
• Acute eye for detail and organized
• Strong written and spoken English
• Able to project manage mid-size projects, monitor timelines, track deliverables and prepare regular status reports
• Good at developing powerpoint presentations that are aesthetically pleasing with a clear message/storyline
