Gateway Law Corporation is an Asia- Pacific regional full service legal practice with strengths in the areas of intellectual property, franchising, technology, media and entertainment, employment, and immigration, as well as data protection and cybersecurity. In addition to our niche areas, Gateway also provides services in the general areas of litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, real estate conveyancing and advisory, medical law, family law and wills and probate.

We serve a varied clientele across a wide range of industries and businesses, but notably service government agencies and regulatory bodies, institutions of higher learning as well as large multinational corporations.

We are currently looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join our team with the focus of the role covering the following scope of works:

• Independently handle full range of conveyancing matters in sales, purchases, part-sales/purchases, refinances, and redemptions transactions etc.
• Prepare legal conveyancing documentation, (including STARS e-lodgement).
• Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors and Clients on conveyancing matters.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in law firm handling conveyancing transactions
• General administrative duties, issue invoices and other secretarial works.
