Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases.
Verify shipment detail before delivery.
Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on document issuance, incoming /outgoing shipping and payment arrangement.
Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration.
Arranging or coordinate for office maintenance services (eg. Air conditioner, printer,pantries appliances and etc.)
Coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks
Any other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

1 year of Sales Support/ Coordinator Experience.
Well versed with microsoft Office and windows.
