The CompanyJoin an established real estate business who is seeking for a Project Manager, SAP FICO (Enterprise System Management) to be part of their SAP Finance module team. This is a 2-year direct contract role with our client with discretionary bonus and benefits. We are seeking for relevant candidates with at least 8 years of SAP FICO experience in project implementation and system maintenance.

The RoleThis role will involve reviewing and approving various project documents, including blueprints, designs, test plans, and data migration plans, ensuring compliance with established templates and policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing global changes, planning and executing mitigation actions, collaborating with stakeholders on new enhancements, and providing support to finance users. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance, implementing and supporting other ERP solutions, and partnering with process owners to develop best-in-class finance processes. This role requires expertise in SAP FICO configuration and ongoing enhancement delivery, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Your ProfileThis position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and system maintenance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with diverse colleagues and consultants across various levels, functions, and locations. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to support local and overseas counterparts in China.
