Responsibilities

Attached to the creative team, you will be exposed to brainstorm sessions, client meetings (virtual), supporting pitching and presentations.

Apprentice will also be attached to marketing team to assist with media purchases, basic web creation learning, and providing customer support where required.

Duties will cover administrative work, minutes / note taking during meetings to furnish reports for management, assisting with buying / selling of media, creative services, campaign executions, photoshoot and event coordination work.

Requirements

At least a diploma or higher ideal, with a decent command of English.

Prior working experience advantageous but not necessary.

Able to work from home and meet virtually, regularly.

Willing to speak to customers, stakeholders etc.

Able to read, type and converse in Mandarin is a must, due to customer demands.

 

Other Information

Client is hiring for the 2nd quarter of 2024 (post CNY timeline). Earliest commencement is march'24.
