JOBDESCRIPTION:

• Assists to oversee theentire floor day to day operations.
• Ensures& oversee all duties are performed according to organizationstandard.
• Follows up on cashier's report. Closepre check & other registers, follow required closingprocedures.
• Reports & rectifies anymaintenance problems.
• Reviews the following daymenu, specials & staff schedule.
• Inspectsdining room for cleanliness & safety Communicateinformation.
• Maintains a high level of service& professionalism at all times.
• Makesrecommendations & provide information about food, wines &spirits
• Follows up on specialrequests.

 

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years andabove of work experience as a Floor Captain in F&BRestaurant/Bar/Fine DiningRestaurant.
• Positive, motivated, passionate andseeks opportunities to be multi-skilled andtrained.
• Team player, who values teamwork andhas good team-building skills.
• Enjoy working infast-paced working environment.
