Roles & Responsibilities

We seek a motivated Business Support Associate to join our team in Singapore.

Job Description:

Digital Investment Platform Management:

Process investor withdrawal requests.

Attend to investor inquiries via email and phone regarding investments and other related matters.

Report and resolve technical issues with the platform in collaboration with the IT team.

Regulatory Compliance:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Liaise with outsourced compliance consultants to ensure legal compliance with government regulations.

Liaise with the corporate secretarial firm on all company secretarial-related matters.

Maintain company records on directorship, shareholding, and company secretary details.

Administrative Support:

Assist in various administrative tasks, including filing corporate documents/letters and submitting documents to relevant external parties.

Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and be meticulous and resourceful.

Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.

Candidates with a bachelors degree in Finance are preferred.
