Job Title: Software ProjectManager (Momentus Enterprise System)

WorkLocation: Downtown Core, Singapore

Job Type: 1year contract, subject to renewal

 

About theRole:

The SoftwareProject Manager will be responsible for working closely withbusiness users to understand their processes, identify pain points,and provide insights to build and enhance a new system.

 

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Engage with business users to comprehensively understandtheir processes, workflows, and provide insights to build andenhance a new system.
• Collaborate withstakeholders to translate business needs into technicalrequirements and system specifications.
• Identify and analyze existing vs new system technicalgaps, pain points and inefficiencies in existing processes that thenew system should address.
• Work closely withsoftware developers to ensure they understand business requirementsand technical specification.
• Providecontinuous feedback and clarification to developers during thesoftware development lifecycle.
• Participate indesign and development discussions to ensure the software meetsbusiness needs.
• Assist in the creation of userstories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for softwaredevelopment.
• Ensure that developed softwarealigns with the documented requirements and businessgoals.
• Identify potential risks and issuesduring the development process and work with the team to mitigatethem.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing(UAT) to ensure software meets client requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to develop test plans,test cases, and test scripts for thorough validation of softwarefunctionality.
• Conduct System IntegrationTesting (SIT) to verify seamless integration with existingsystems.
• Document and track defects, issues,and enhancements, and work with the development team to resolvethem.
• Ensure that testing activities areconducted in a timely and efficient manner to meet projectdeadlines.
• Any other ancillary tasks or worksas and when requested and assigned by the Company.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management withcertification in SCRUM.
• Must be well-versed inEBMS System (Momentus Enterprise).
• Must befamiliar with hospitality solutions and industrypractices.
• Able to communicate messagesclearly and concisely.
• Ability to maintainhigh-quality performance and constantly deliver results in a timelymanner.
