Role Overview:
ThePackaging & Category Assistant Manager will support the SEAPackaging Category Manager in executing and overseeing packagingstrategies across the Southeast Asia region. This role involvesproject management, risk mitigation, and cross-functionalcollaboration to ensure successful delivery of packaging projectsin line with market roadmaps.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist theSEA Packaging Category Manager in executing packaging projectsacross SEA.
• ProjectOversight: Monitor packaging projects to ensurealignment with market roadmaps.
• Risk Management: Identifyand resolve critical issues that impact project delivery; escalateas necessary.
• ProgressReporting: Track and report on project status,milestones, and risks.
• Cross-functionalCollaboration: Partner with stakeholders to ensurecohesive project delivery.
• TeamLeadership: Influence and guide project team memberstowards accountability and issue resolution, escalating tomanagement when required.
