Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and overall performance of the outlet. As the Assistant Outlet Manager, you will collaborate with the Outlet Manager to ensure seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and the achievement of revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all duties are carried out according to SOP to meet and exceed standards in quality of food, service, safety and cleanliness
• Consistently review operations and staff’s performance to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide training and coaching to staff, assess performance and provide feedback on an ongoing basis
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet
• Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget
• Conduct monthly stock count for food & beverage, packaging, and all other stocks
• Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by The Management

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience 2 years in food and beverage operations, with a track record of successful outlet management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Have a positive attitude Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit
