Get to Know theRole

As the Head of Design, youwill define and own design outcomes, product quality and co-own theproduct strategy for the team(s) that you are managing. You willpartner with Product, Design and Engineering leadership inexploring the needs of our users and the business and driving thedelivery of impactful experiences that drive our mission forward.You will shape the design practice by establishing the value ofpeople-centricity, and getting buy-in for new product ideas andinitiatives.

You will report to the Headof Design. This is a hybrid role and its based inSingapore.

The Critical Tasks YouWill Perform

• Definedesign outcomes, product quality and co-own productstrategy.
• Lead design - managing DesignManagers and overseeing multiple design teams, ensuring theyoperate cohesively and deliver high-quality work.
• Mentor and develop Design Managers, helping them advancein their careers.
• Collaborate with seniorleadership to shape and scale the overall strategic direction andgrowth of the organization.
• Foster a cultureof creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the designteam.
• Propose, shape and drive initiativesthat further the design organisation and its vision.
• Evangelise for and safeguard quality across theorganisation - advocating for and establishing new standards ofquality.

WhatEssential Skills You Will Need

• 7+ years experience managing high performing designteams.
• An online portfolio or case studiesdemonstrating user-centred design and leadership.
• Exceptional understanding of user experience design forthe web and mobile.
• Extensive leadershipexperience on cross-functional product teams.
• Experience managing User Research, Service Design, UXWriting or Design Operations.
