Job Responsibilities

• Identifiesmarketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirementsdefining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths andweaknesses forecasting projected business establishing targetedmarket share

• Accomplishes marketing and salesobjectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluatingadvertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs developingfield sales action plans

• Determines annual andgross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual salesquotas for regions projecting expected sales volume and profit forexisting and new services/ products analyzing trends and resultsestablishing pricing strategies recommending selling pricesmonitoring costs, competition, supply, anddemand

• Business development for land-basedlogistics business for Technical, Project Cargo & StorageServices

• To prospect for new clients bynetworking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generatinginterest from potential clients, this role has to aggressivelysource and secure new accounts/business

• To workwith the internal team and other managers to increase salesopportunities and thereby maximize revenue for ourorganization

• Protects organization's value bykeeping informationconfidential

Requirement

•Minimum 3-5 years working experience in LogisticsIndustries

• Strong freight forwardingknowledge

• Ability to work under strenuousworking environment

• Good communication skillsboth verbal and written

• An independentindividual and a team player

• Proactive andwillingness to accept responsibilitiespositively

• Meticulous and detailed towardsgiven tasks from HOD

• Team players and excellentinterpersonal skill

• Ability to promote andpresent ideas proficiently

• Strong initiativesfor cost improvement – vendor services, turnaround time,fulfilment, trade lanes optimizationetc
