- To generate new customer listwith existing customer base
- Able to conductpresentation to client with basic knowledge of BMS / ACMVsystems
- Ability to understand the BMS systemdesign requirements which includes various building services,including chillers, heat exchangers, ACMV, lighting and powermetering, etc
- Create value to customer withDaikin's solution
- Liaise and meet up withcustomers to generate new sales and provide technical support, asand when required
- Establish and maintainstrong rapport with architect/ homeowner/ consultant to promotesales
- Pre-sales preparation such as preparingproject budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion oftechnical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineeringdata to customers
- Any adhoc duties asassigned by supervisor
- Degree in MechanicalEngineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years ofrelated experience with basic knowledge of BMS &ACMV
- Strong salesmanship, customer orientedand results-focused
- Excellent communicationand presentation skills
- Computer literate,knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
- Applicants with own car will be considered withpriority
