Roles & Responsibilities

Responsiblility:

• Responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent guest and member experience
• Prepare tables for meals, including set-up of items such as linen, silverware and glassware.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests at tables in dining establishment.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage; adhering to licensing/liquor regulations.
• Ensure workstation is stocked with appropriate condiments at all time.
• Ensure adherence to the safety, sanitation and hygiene policies.
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday
• Able to work shifts
