Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for IT System Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including desktop, laptop, iPad, and in-house applications for corporate users.
• Offer technical assistance for maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
• Manage and resolve issues with networking equipment such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Deploy workstations (desktops, laptops, iPads) and other IT equipment for users.
• Administer and maintain VMWare, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and MS SQL databases.
• Manage the IT hardware and software inventory to ensure accurate tracking and availability.
• Assist in procuring IT hardware and related administrative tasks.
• Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Proficient in desktop, laptop, and mobile device hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365 and Exchange administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, and MS SQL.
• Familiarity with networking and security, including WAN, LAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches.

Additional Information:

• Working Location: Tuas (company pick up provided at Tuas Crescent MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon Fri, 8:30am 5:30pm
• Salary: Basic Up to $3,600 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
