About the Team
The successof TikTok's data business model hinges on the supply of a largevolume of high quality labeled data that will grow exponentially asour business scales up. However, the current cost of data labelingis excessively high. The Data Solutions team is built to understanddata strategically at scale for all Global Business Solution (GBS)business needs. Data Solutions Team uses quantitative andqualitative data to guide and uncover insights, turning ourfindings into real products to power exponential growth. DataSolutions Team responsibility includes infrastructure construction,recognition capabilities management, global labeling deliverymanagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Build and Design Gamified Labeling Platform:
-Shape engagement between labellers and the business by leveraginggaming/gamification experience to build an engaging platform thatwill enhance user motivation and productivity.
- Use predictive models to identify designs andfeatures that will motivate and incentivize users.
2. Experimental Design:
-Systematically plan experiments, ensuring that data collected canbe analyzed to draw valid and objective conclusions on newlydeveloped features.
- Utilize A/B testing andother experimental methods to evaluate the impact of gamificationfeatures.
3. Engagement Metrics:
- Lead the development, implementation, andmonitoring of KPIs related to user engagement and gamificationefficacy, ensuring continuous improvement.
-Observe user behavior data and iterate on gamification featuresbased on analyzed insights to enhance engagement.
4. Game Development & ProgrammingLeadership:
- Provide technical leadership inthe development and implementation of gamification features,drawing on your experience as a game programmer.
- Innovate and push the boundaries of gamifiedsolutions, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
5. Collaboration:
- Workclosely with cross-functional teams, including developers,designers, and product managers, to ensure the seamless integrationof gamificationfeatures.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering GraphicDesign or a related field;
2. Proven experiencein product management roles within the gaming or gamificationindustry;
3. Experience leading end-to-endproduct development, from conceptualization to rollout;
4. Strong background in implementing anditerating on product features based on user feedback and dataanalysis.
Preferred:
1.Familiarity with statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL,Python, R) is a plus;
2. Proficiency in usingproduct management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana);
3. Understanding of game mechanics and userengagement metrics;
4. Strong ability toanalyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights;
5. Visionary thinker capable of leveraginggamification to enhance user engagement and overall productexperience.
