MainResponsibilities

• Perform AR Month-end closing tasks (Deferred Revenue,Bank Reconciliation, monthly AR Aging report).
• Various duties and functions, which includes issuingschool fees invoices and collection of fees.
• Assist with the issuance of receipts.
• Providing fees computation for studentcontracts.
• Assist with refundstatus.
• Follow up closely on AR Ageing and ARReport.
• Monthly FPS (Fee Protection Scheme)Insurance submission.
• Handling walk-in parentsand queries.
• Manage and handle yearlyaudit.
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned bymanager.

PositionRequirement:

• A diploma / bachelor's degree in Accountancy, BusinessManagement or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or similarrole.
• Team player and ability to work underpressure with tight deadlines.
• Familiaritywith basic accounting principles & comfortable managing highvolume of manual data in multiple systems.
• Excellent English Language communication skills (Verbal& Written).
• Excellent attention to detail& organised and methodical approach to tasks.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
