The Digital Transformation (DX) team is the businesstransformation team under Office of Finance (OFIN) to drive NTUtowards a digitally enabled organization.
Theposition supports work that enables digital transformation, performtasks needed to bridge business users with CITS in the designingand implementing of solutions that improve NTU work processes. Thisposition will partner closely with the NTU Shared Services, NTUDepartments and other NTU functions in the digitalization andprocess redesign journey.
This position alsosupports the team as it seeks out opportunities to enhanceprocesses, understand gaps, and proactively recommenddigitalization options. He/she shall thrive to re-engineerprocesses by continuously looking for industry solutions, bestpractices in the market and opportunities to drive operationalefficiency and elevate customerexperience.

Job Description /Responsibilities
- Support theassessment of system gaps for business processes, system designsand workflows that brings about simplified, efficient processes andoptimizes resources.
- Perform data extractionand analysis that helps determine suitability of proposed solutionsand execution approaches.
- Support the executionof ServiceNow roadmaps through system upgrades and enhancement,process automation so that evolving business strategy can beexecuted timely.
- Support the development offunctional specifications based on the requirements gathered fromstakeholders and users, perform and where possible, support UserAcceptance Testing (UAT) phase to release new or enhanced systemfunctionalities successfully; Provide post go-live support andprepare Training/User Manuals.
- Support thedevelopment of data analytics through reports and dashboard forbusiness and operational decision-making, service level metrics andgovernance.
- Address queries and resolve issuesarising from features implemented as a first level support; Worksclosely with product vendors, operation users and IT to implementfixes and resolution.
- Ensure completeness ofprocess and functional documentation as part of governance andaudit requirements.
- Support low code workflowconfigurations, wherenecessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma/UniversityDegree in Information Technology/Computer Science or BusinessAdministration.
RelevantExperience / KnowledgeRequired
- Minimum 2 to 5years' relevant experience in project implementation of SaaSapplications and/or business process improvementinitiatives.
- Experience in businessrequirements gathering.
- Experience indeveloping automated processes and/or develop analyticsreports.
- Good knowledge and skills on cloudplatforms, workflow tools and automationtools.
- Good knowledge and skills in systemthinking to systematically identify gaps, defects, reduceinefficiency and create value in service provisioningprocesses.
- Able to translate system design flowinto flow charts, steps, depicting business context andneeds.
- Strong communication skills andconsultative in approach to engageusers.
- Analytical, Meticulous and enjoy solvingproblems.
