Successful candidates willplay a significant role in working on client engagements spanningcustomer strategy, customer experience design, service and salestransformation, and customer-centric operationalimprovement.

Roles &Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on technical aspects ofSalesforce implementation, leveraging deep understanding ofSalesforce platform capabilities and limitations for Pre-Sales andProject Delivery
• Conduct thorough analysis ofbusiness requirements and recommend solutions that align withSalesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability,and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,including business analysts and project managers, to ensure thatthe Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatoryrequirements
• Act as a liaison between businessstakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs intotechnical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effectivecommunication and understanding
• Providestrategic direction and thought leadership, advising on emergingtechnologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions to enhancethe Salesforce implementation and drive business value
• Design the overall Salesforce architecture, includingdata model, application design, security model, and integrationstrategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalabilityrequirements
• Lead technical discussions anddecisions, providing guidance to development teams on architecturalchoices, platform limitations, and optimization techniques,fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather andprioritize requirements, ensuring that the technical solution meetsfunctional and non-functional requirements, and aligns with theenterprise roadmap

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computerscience, Information Technology, engineering orequivalent
• Minimum 8-9 years of experience indelivering Salesforce projects
• Multiplerelevant Salesforce certifications
• Extensiveexperience in Salesforce architecture and design
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and bestpractices
• Excellent problem-solving anddecision-making skills
• Prior experience withinthe public sector and real estate industry would beadvantageous
• Implementation of multiplecomplex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countries
• Proficiency in multiple CRM applications
• Ability to translate requirements into design andmanaging implementation
• Strong projectmanagement, communication, written, analytical, organisational andproblem-solving skills
• Ability to assess thepractical aspects of businessoperations
