Key Responsibilities
- Assist Payments Accountant inday-to-day operations by ensuring that payments are made timely andaccurately, and ensuring that invoices are verified and approvedbefore processing payment.
- Executing andmonitoring payment runs for accounts payable and treasury workflowin SAP system.
- Assist Payments Accountant infollowing up with business users on queries and paymentmatters.
- Participate and assist in systemenhancement business requirements gathering and testing.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by PaymentsAccountant.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration orFinance.
- Able to work independently,collaboratively and under tight deadlines.
- Adaptable to changes and a problem solver.
- Good interpersonal skills and communicationskills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
