Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Manage Cleanroom activities related to facilities liketest bay hook up of test bays which includes electrical tie up,vacuum, PCW and gasses.
- Ensure cleanroomutilities supplies like process cooling water, electrical supply,helium, N2, Argon gasses are provided for 24/7 operations and worktowards ZERO downtime
- Optimize inventory forcleanroom related parts.
- Ensure cleanroomassets are complied with regulatory MOM requirements
- Annual shutdown and maintenance of cleanroom facilitiesequipment
- Maintain cleanroom standards RH,temp and pressure as per ISO standard
- MaintainMAU, Chiller, CT, DRC, pumps to support manufacturingoperations.
- Create or amend SOP, checklist,Preventive maintenance plan for facilities equipment
- Ensure the team is complied with EHSrequirement
- Carryout RCA, 8D reports forcritical equipment
- Provide training to theteam
- Execute projects as and whenneeded.
- Monitor and achieveKPI
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mech / Elec with 10yrs experiencein cleanroom environment. Preferably in semiconductorbackground
- Manage a team of 3 to 4 directreports.
- Provide technical solutions relatedto facility issues
- Maintain good relationshipwith client and a team player
- Having knowledgein ISO 14001, 45000 and EHSrequirements
